I'm delighted to have my beloved Minimark Bass amp back. It has arrived safely, really well packaged. It works like a dream, and, dare I say it I don't think I'm imagining it, it sounds even better than before. I am truly very impressed with the service I've received from Real Electronics. Right from my first email enquiry you have all been really helpful and so easy to deal with. I felt cared about as a customer surely how we all want to feel. The speed of service is just unbelievable I am using my amp again a mere 72 hours after seeing it off with the courier. Your engineer knows his stuff and it's great to know you saved me from the clutches of a terrible first experience at the hands of an incompetent a engineer. I've never come across this level of service overall anywhere before, and am so glad I was sent to you by Markbass.

I won't look anywhere else if I have the need for similar help in the future...

I would like to say that in this day and age where service is delivered from a script that can not be deviated from, it is a pleasure to deal with an organisation that has a natural gift for dealing with customers. I have recently had issues with my sons RH450 bass amplifier which has required a reset of the firmware and more recently has an issue with the protection display which prevented the amp being used.

With each contact with Kirsty I have always felt that my custom is important and have found that clear instruction on what I need to do next has been delivered in a way that I feel that everything is in control and it is stated in a very professional, efficient and pleasant manor. I have also recently needed to speak with Adam and again have found that I received the same professionalism, efficiency and pleasant approach.

It is rare that I take pen to paper to provide feedback, but I believe that it is equally important when you have a good customer experience to encourage organisations to keep doing what they are doing well. It is also important for the organisation to be able to evidence to the companies that entrust them with repair services in this case TC electronics what excellent ambassadors you are for them.
