What will it cost to repair your laptop?

Our standard repair fee is £65.00 + VAT

If we can repair the malfunctioning parts of your laptop without having to fit any new parts then you will only be required to pay our standard repair cost. Please note that we will always try to repair the parts first, rather than ordering new components. This way, the cost of your repair is kept to a minimum and we can turn around your repair more quickly.

If the broken parts of your laptop are beyond repair and we have to order and fit new parts, the cost of repair will be our standard fee plus the cost of the new parts.

Once we have received your laptop an engineer will carry out an inspection and test the machine’s electronic components to locate the problem. Once the initial inspection and testing has been carried out, the engineer who is working on your machine will contact you by telephone to explain what repair work needs to be done to fix the machine. If the machine requires any new parts, the engineer will tell you exactly how much the parts will cost and let you know what the total cost of the repair bill.

If you are satisfied with the cost of the repair, we will proceed with the work and order any new parts that may be required. Our engineer will give you an estimate of how long he expects to make the repair and when you can expect to receive delivery of your machine. Once the repair has been completed, your machine will be fully tested once more to ensure that everything is working correctly. When the engineer has completed the testing, he will contact you to arrange a suitable time and location for delivery.

If, for what ever reason, you decide that the cost of repairing the machine is not economical or beyond your budget, we will send the laptop back to you in the same packaging in which you originally sent it to us. In these circumstances, the only costs you will have to pay is £25.00 + VAT.
