Please ensure that your laptop is packed in a sturdy box that is strong enough
to protect it on it’s journey both to and from our workshops. Our couriers are professional and will take reasonable care of the package during transit but
they are handling 1000’s of packages every day so you must ensure that the laptop is well protected. If the box is accidentally dropped or knocked during transit, the packaging should be strong enough to protect the laptop inside.

Use a sturdy box and pack it out completely with bubble wrap or a suitable packaging filler. If you do not have anything to use as a packaging filler use scrunched up newspaper or magazine pages. Please make sure that once
your laptop is packed in its box that it cannot move from side to side or up and down. If you do this, there should be no problems and the laptop will arrive at
our workshops in the same condition in which you sent it.

Please make sure that the laptop is packed before the day of collection OR if your collection is on the same day please pack it immediately after the
collection is arranged with Real Electronics. The courier will not be able to wait
for you to pack up the laptop and we will have to charge another collection fee.
